Sparwood Sibshops 2026/27 School Year Registration Form

By submitting this form, you are registering your child to participate in Sibshops sessions offered throughout the school year.

You do not need to register again for each Sibshops series. Your child will remain registered for the school year unless you choose to withdraw them from the program.
